Condition Monitoring analysis for use by Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
Kelbl, Jan ; Staněk, Kamil (referee) ; Ježek, Michal (advisor)
This bachelor’s thesis deals with secondary Condition Monitoring data analysis to measure Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). First part of the thesis contains a research necessary to understand the problematics of condition monitoring technology and Key Performance Indicators. Also, the theoretical part includes a research on suitable data analysis software. The practical part of the thesis deals with choosing a data analysis software, data processing and data analysis and Key Performance Indicators measurement. Then visualizations are made and trends are measured. Based on the results from the practical part, a recommendation in matter of KPIs is made for the company, which provided the data, on which this bachelor’s thesis was realized.
Modelling of Industry 4.0 principles in the CP Factory
Večeřa, Václav ; Jirsa, Jan (referee) ; Zezulka, František (advisor)
This thesis demonstrates production in intentions of Industry 4.0 at learning production line CP~Factory from company FESTO and control system of this line - MES4. A virtual model of CP Factory line was created in program CIROS within this work. This model corresponds to the specific part of the physical line in VŠPJ. A work plan was created and debugged for this part. The work plan is using all the modules to assemble a simplified model of mobile. As last two laboratory tasks with focus at production operation system MES4 and virtualization program CIROS were created.

Efektivnost produkce vybraných polních plodin v ekologickém a konvenčním zemědělství
KOTAŠKA, Vladimír
This bachelor thesis compares grain production efficiency in conventional and organic agricultural settings. The testing objects are wheat, barley, and rye. In the practical section of this work, the gained data are analyzed from the perspective of revenue, cost, and price from the years 2010 to 2015. From the research outcome the organic agriculture can ensure only about one half of the conventional agricultural production; on the other side, the price reaches 1.5 times higher values in the organic produced crops. The cost structure is different. Material cost appears higher under the conventional conditions. Manual labor and machinery use increase under the organic circumstances. Conventional agriculture shows more beneficial in reflection of the contribution margin and return on cost (ROC) calculations. However, when production subsidies are incorporated, organic agricultural production reaches more favorable economical results.
The efficiency testing of production commercial feeds for african catfish (Clarias gariepinus)
PETR, Miloš
In my diploma thesis I was tested six types of feed. I tested in 3 repetitions in the recirculating system with biological treatment of water. Tested fishes african catfish (Clarias gariepinus) weighted between 200 ? 800 g per piece, were deployed into 18 aquariums with volume of 190 litres per aquarium. The whole experiment took place in five partial 3-week periods in the intensive breeding of the laboratory - controlled reproduction of fishes FROV JCU. The average water temperature during the experiment was 27 °C. The main objective of the thesis was to observe production efficiency of tested types of feed, speed of the growth of fishes, feed rates and financial costs. Afterwards, determinativ of yield and organoleptic evaluation was determined, followed by laboratory examination of composition of meat. The results of production indicators (Specific Growth Rate, Relative Growth Rate, Food Conversation Ratio) were most favorable for 3 types of feed ? Haltáp (SGR=0,81 %; RGR=126 %; FCR=1,45), Coppens TROCO SUPREME-22 (SGR=0,73 %; RGR=105 %; FCR=1,19), Coppens TROCO PRIME-18 (SGR=0,68 %; RGR=97 %; FCR=1,26). The lowest costs for 1 kg of fish increment were achieved for these specific types of feed Haltáp and Aller Aqua Focus (45 Kč a 46 Kč). In the organoleptic analysis was found positive evaluation of meat of all tested fishes. Chemical composition of meat was (in term of proteins and fats content) most favorably documented for the hungarian feed called Haltáp (proteins=19,22 % and fats=4,85 %).
The evaluation of basic farm economical indicators in milk production
ZÁMOSTNÝ, Lukáš
The milk production effectiveness is very hard to achieve. The reason is the high realizing price fluctuations of milk. Only the company which has high-quality herd with excellent efficiency and milk quality, supported by modern technologies (milk house, welfare, agricultural machines) can run in the long term. These important factors can be guaranteed only by an excellent management, which leads the company and by the competent leading workers educated both in vegetable production and in animal husbandry. The interconnection and quality communication between management and production is substantial, only then the direct reaction to the events outside and inside the company is possible. The research clearly shows that the collective farm Struhařov wends its way towards the right direction and its competitiveness rises constantly. Modernization and renovation of the agricultural machinery are in progress. And as a consequence of these, the costs are reduced gradually and the quality and the quantity of the milk production are rising. For the mentioned reasons the quantity of drawn milk on each milk cow has risen in 5 years-time by ? and this is a very important efficiency indicator of the company. The only reason why the collective farm hasn?t reached profit was the purchasing price of milk.
Efficiency of production of selected conventional and organic enterprises in west Bohemia region
KECSEIOVÁ, Klára
The aim of the work is to analyse the production efficiency of conventional and organic farms in the Western Bohemia. Based on the data of questionnaire investigation in 2009 I selected four farms from the Pilsen Region. Evaluative criteria were as follows: the total area under cultivation, farming system (conventional or organic), type of arable crops (especially wheat, oat, potatoes). The data were extracted from terrain investigation, telephone conversations, interview with farmers, yearbook of organic farming, situational review and forecast balance of Czech Statistical Office and Ministry of Agriculture. Supporting data were extracted from ÚZEI database. Crop yields, the costs of crops and selling price in recent 10 years were investigated. From the results it can be concluded, that crop yields in organic farming are lower than crop yields in conventional farming. The yields of wheat growing in organic farming are 40 % lower than in conventional farming. The yields of potatoes growing in organic farming are 40 % lower than in conventional farming and the yields of oat growing in organic farming are 30 % lower than in conventional farming. Production efficiency of chosen crops in organic farming is comparable to conventional farming due to higher redemption price and lower costs. In some organic farms the growing of chosen crops is even more profitable than in conventional farms. Structure of costs in organic farming is the most differential component comparable to conventional farming. It is because of different spending of fertilization and crop management practice.
Animal hygine aspects in foothills area
ZEVLOVÁ, Eliška
The focus of following thesis is to evaluate selected aspects of animal hygine of livestock husbandry in term of welfare in foothills area. The study covers two private-owned farms in the same area, however with entirely different attitude to stock husbandry. Welfare itself is not easy to quantify and to mesure, but we can pass judgment on the over-all comfort of stock using folowing indicators: health condition, reproductive potential, production efficiency etc.. All above memtioned indicators consist of many aspects. The most important are, alimentation, diet, technology of stockmanship and stress. This thesis involves comparsion of animal welfare and its economical utilization and if the condionts of stock husbandry provided by farmers response welfare standarts . To summe up, the technology of free housing respect more the ethological demand of stock.
